Information collected

Checkout collects your name, phone, email, optional company name, delivery address, payment-method preference, requested equipment and times, and optional access notes. The form does not request or store card numbers or payment account credentials.

How information is used

We use order information to check inventory, plan delivery and pickup, contact you about the request, prevent abuse, keep transaction records, and improve service.

Storage and sharing

Reservation data is stored in a non-public server area. We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers when needed for hosting, communications, payment, delivery, legal compliance, or fraud prevention.

Your choices

You may call 800-884-8755 to ask about, correct, or request deletion of reservation information, subject to records we must retain for legal or operational purposes.
