Rental terms

Last updated 2026-10-12. These plain-language terms apply to rental requests placed through exodusrental.com. The final confirmed order may include additional equipment-specific instructions.

Reservation status

Online checkout creates a request, not an automatic guarantee. A reservation becomes confirmed only after Exodus Rental verifies inventory, the address, access, the delivery window, and payment arrangements.

Rates and payment

The current range is $64.00–$116.00 for four hours and $96.00–$174.00 for 24 hours. Standard delivery and pickup within a confirmed service area are included. Accepted methods are credit card, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, and cash. Checks are not accepted. Never enter card or payment account numbers into site notes.

Safe use

The renter must follow all delivered instructions, use required protective gear, stop if the equipment behaves unexpectedly, and keep the machine secured from unauthorized users. Equipment may not be modified, submerged, transported to another address, or used outside its intended purpose.

Condition, loss, and access

Routine cleaning is included. The renter remains responsible for avoidable damage, loss, theft, misuse, prohibited materials, or failure to provide safe delivery and pickup access. Photographs may be used to document condition at handoff and return.

Cancellations and timing

Contact 800-884-8755 as soon as plans change. Weather, access, traffic, safety, and equipment availability can require a revised window. Any cancellation or late-return charge will be disclosed when the reservation is confirmed.
